In the high strung environment of the 41st Millennium, even the most hardcore need a smoking break.

Ironically, for the Dark Eldar, its a smoking break from smoking. Or sex or drugs and/or rock 'n roll.

Anyhow, just working on my painting skills, however crappy it is at the moment, but hey, gotta start from somewhere.

Lusarion looks high... really, really high. I am thus assuming that the smoking break is from drugs.

The expression and pose are really well drawn though, on both him and the woman. The hand holding the pipe looks especially good. I can never get hands to look that good...

Yeah hes high, hes always high, been that way for the last 200 years. You just can't tell that he's buzzed all the time.

Yeah, pose took a while for me to get down. Hands are a tough one though, and it took me tons of practice to get right.

Fair enough... suppose that's probably normal in Commorragh.

Hands are one of the hardest parts of the body to draw. The only body part I have a harder time drawing than hands is feet, but I don't have to draw feet as often as I have to draw hands.
